June 2010 Enewsletter - Guide for SPCC Plans Due By November 2010

In June 2009, the EPA amended the dates by which facilities and farms must prepare or update SPCC plans and implement those plans. Applicable facilities and farms must amend or prepare and implement SPCC plans by November 10, 2010 in accordance with revisions to the rule promulgated since 2002.
